I'm Manuel Villafañe — a technologist, strategist, and builder. Born in Puerto Rico, based between PR and Florida. After 13+ years leading digital transformation across enterprise and agency work, I started Spark I/O to bring that playbook to small businesses and government teams that deserve the same rigor.
